IAMGame is a non-custodial, blockchain-based lottery and gaming platform. By design, we collect minimal personal data. Your wallet address is your identity on the Platform; no account registration, email address, or identity documents are required to use the Platform.

4. Blockchain Data

You acknowledge that all transactions made via the Platform are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. Your wallet address, transaction amounts, ticket purchases, and prize receipts are permanently and publicly visible on-chain. This data is outside of IAMGame’s control and cannot be deleted or modified by us.

If you require privacy in relation to on-chain activity, we recommend reviewing the privacy properties of your wallet and transaction tools before using the Platform.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We engage third-party providers for analytics, hosting, security monitoring, and community management. These providers access information only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. IAMGame cannot recover lost wallet credentials under any circumstances.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. IAMGame is operated from the British Virgin Islands. If you access the Platform from outside the British Virgin Islands, your information may be transferred to and processed in the British Virgin Islands or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
