6. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:
Although we hope our Members never find cause to cancel their Membership, we do realize that there may be times when a Member may choose to do so. Therefore, we have made this step as easy as possible:

Send an e-mail to accounts@iamgame.com stating that you wish to cancel your membership. We do require that you send this e-mail at least 10 business days prior to the next renewal date of your membership.

Please Note: To cancel your account, iEntertainment Network and IamGame requires a minimum of 10 business days notice via e-mail before your next VIP membership renewal date. iEntertainment Network and IamGame do not offer partial or prorated refunds if you decide to cancel your membership before the expiration of the subscription term (1 or 3 month VIP Memberships). However, all subsequent terms will be cancelled.

7. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY:
Certain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Products and Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by various iEntertainment Network and IamGame registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining and updating the Registration Data (such as your physical address and email) to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or iEntertainment Network and IamGame have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, IEntertainment Network and IamGame has the right to suspend or terminate your account.
All iEntertainment Network and IamGame registrations become the exclusive property of IEntertainment Network and IamGame, its affiliates and subsidiaries. IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserve the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information subject to the IEntertainment Network and IamGame Privacy Policy.

IEntertainment Network and IamGame respects your right to privacy and will never give out your name, street address or financial information unless we request it from you first. 9. PLAYER ACCOUNT, CASH AND iBUCK MANAGEMENT
iBucks can be traded in for Cash. The value of an iBuck is based on the following ratio - 30,000 iBucks = $10.00 USD. This ratio can be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of iEntertainment Network and IamGame.
VIP Members can convert the iBucks in their account to the cash equivalent when the iBuck total in their account has reached or exceeded 30 iBucks.
At $7.95 USD you can purchase 1 month of VIP membership.
At $10.00 USD you can purchase VIP or cash out and receive a check. You will not be eligible to receive a check if you cash balance is less than $10.00 USD.
$21.00 you can purchase 3 months of VIP membership.
$25.00 we will send you email notification. You will be able to purchase VIP, cash out, or both. If you decide not to choose one of these options within 10 days, we will automatically send a prize check to the address provided. Please make sure that your email and mailing address are valid and correct, as you will forfeit your money (prize winnings) if the check is sent to an invalid address.
Important Note: The accountants, grrr, are making us reset a players point total to zero if they do not play a game with chat for 60 days. They tell us that this is because we can't have the companies liability keep growing due to inactive players. It was either do this or lower jackpot amounts and we thought resetting the points of inactive players would be better for our regular players!
If a player has been inactive for a period of 90 days, his or hers cash balance will be forfeited and reset to zero.

10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME AREAS OF THE IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS.
Users who are currently 13 years of age or older may register normally.
Persons under 18 years of age are NOT allowed to play in CASH tournaments or win random prizes.

11. PARENTAL CONTROLS AND CHILD SAFETY:
How does IEntertainment Network and IamGame protect children's privacy? IEntertainment Network and IamGame is not directed at children under the age of 13. In order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, will not accept registrations from users who are 12 and under. Users who are currently 13 years of age or older may register normally. Certain material available on the Internet is not appropriate for minors. To prevent or limit your children's access to such materials, a number of parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available.

12. MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT:
Upon registering, you will create a password and IEntertainment Network and IamGame ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify IEntertainment Network and IamGame of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. The IEntertainment Network and IamGame cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not the iEntertainment Network and IamGame, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Services. The iEntertainment Network and IamGame do not control the user or third party Content posted via the Products and Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third party Content. You acknowledge and agree that by using the Products and Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will the IEntertainment Network and IamGame be liable in any way for any user or third party Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any such Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Products and Services. As a general matter, IEntertainment Network and IamGame does not pre-screen user or third party Content posted on the IEntertainment Network and IamGame, except for certain areas where IEntertainment Network and IamGame employs certain automated screening software, although IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to do so. IEntertainment Network and IamGame do not guarantee that any screening will be done to your satisfaction or that any screening will be done at all. IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Products and Services for adherence to these Terms and Conditions or any other rules or guidelines posted by iEntertainment Network and IamGame.

Prohibited Conduct
· You may not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another user of IEntertainment Network and IEntertainment Network and IamGame sites or other person or entity. Additionally, you may not cheat during game play, including but not limited to modification of the game program files, transmit or post sexually explicit images or other content which in the sole discretion of IEntertainment Network and IEntertainment Network and IamGame is deemed to be offensive; nor shall you transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content. Note: if you are accused of harassing another iEntertainment Network or IamGame user in general or private chat, you will be warned by iEntertainment Network and IamGame. If a second complaint of harassment is filed, iEntertainment Network and IamGame will determine, in its sole discretion, from the chat logs (IEntertainment Network and IamGame must be notified of the harassment within 24 hours of its occurrence) whether you have been offensive. If so, iEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to suspend you from all future Promotions and/or games for a period of time to be determined at iEntertainment Network and IamGame's sole discretion. To file a complaint of harassment, you should send us an e-mail at gamemaster@iamgame.com within 24 hours. Your complaint must include a description of the harassing behavior and the exact time it occurred.

· You may not furnish false data on the signup form or via on-line application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers (for VIP memberships ).

· You may not collect or store personally identifying information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes.

· You may not impersonate any person, including, but not limited to an IEntertainment Network and IamGame official, employee, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person.

· You may not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose.

· You may not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any material that contains software viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, trap doors or any other computer code, files or programs or repetitive requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or to diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the Products and Services or the IEntertainment Network and IamGame.

· You may not seek automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, or the like to download data from any IEntertainment Network and IamGame database.

· You may not conduct your own contests and promotions.

· You may not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content regarding any raffle, contest or game requiring a fee by participants.

· You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, link, display or in any way exploit any Content from any IEntertainment Network and IamGame database, including, without limitation, by incorporating data from any IEntertainment Network and IamGame database into any e-mail, products or serviced, whether browser-based, based on proprietary client-site applications, web-based, or otherwise.

· You may not sell, distribute or make any commercial use of data obtained from any IEntertainment Network and IamGame database or make any other use of data from any IEntertainment Network and IamGame database in a manner which could be expected to offend the person for whom the data is relevant.

· You may not create and maintain an IEntertainment Network and IamGame web page as storage for remote loading, or as a door or signpost to another homepage.

· You may not create and maintain an IEntertainment Network and IamGame web page that contains hyperlinks to content not permitted on the IEntertainment Network and IamGame.

· You may not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law.

· You may not use the Products or Services to sell, purchase, or offer to sell or purchase any registered or unregistered securities.

· You may not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any material that is false, misleading, or designed to manipulate any equity, security, or other market.

· You may not access the Products and Services after your account or access has been terminated by IEntertainment Network and IamGame.

· You may not purchase any goods or services that you are prohibited from purchasing or possessing by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with all such laws shall be the users alone. By submitting an order to purchase goods or services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to purchase such goods or services.

· You may not use any software deployed in connection with the Products and Services to process data as a service to other entities without the express written consent of IEntertainment Network and IamGame or the party from whom such software may be licensed.

· You may not decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or sublicense any software deployed in connection with the Products and Services.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the IEntertainment Network and IamGame may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with legal process;
(b) enforce the Terms and Conditions;
(c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or
(d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of IEntertainment Network and IamGame, its users and the public. You acknowledge and agree that the technical processing and transmission of the Products and Services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You further acknowledge and agree that other data collected and maintained by IEntertainment Network and IamGame with regard to its users may be disclosed in accordance with IEntertainment Network and IamGame Privacy Policy.

IEntertainment Network and IamGame also may suspend or terminate any user account for any Product or Service because of sixty days of user inactivity. What is considered "user inactivity" varies depending on the Product or Service. If one of your accounts is suspended or terminated for inactivity, your right to use such Product or Service immediately ceases.
Subscriber's right to access the Service cannot be assigned, transferred or sublicensed.

13. IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME CHAT GUIDELINES:
Users of IEntertainment Network and IamGame Communities, which includes all IEntertainment Network and IamGame chat, are expected to adhere to the guidelines below and are expected not to engage in any of the Prohibited Conduct described above. Any user failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be expelled from a chat room, a club or a message board by a IEntertainment Network and IamGame moderator or host, and IEntertainment Network and IamGame may terminate or restrict such user's IEntertainment Network and IamGame accounts. In addition, IEntertainment Network and IamGame may remove any Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, in IEntertainment Network and IamGame' sole discretion.

· No Offensive ID or Nicknames: No reference to body parts, sexuality, rude or offensive language, no unique context spelling of any offensive matter. Please remember to keep your nickname, clean and free from any wordplay that would be considered offensive to any family member.

· IEntertainment Network and IamGame DO NOT allow sexual chat of any kind! This is a family friendly site, so please keep the talk in chat areas "G" rated. If you are warned about your behavior in our chat rooms, we may take away chat privileges. If the problem continues we will cancel your account and lock it.

· As part of IEntertainment Network and IamGame's gaming service, we provide areas where players can engage in public chat. Members using these chat rooms are identified solely by their user-created screen names. Please remember that any information you disclose within these forums becomes public knowledge. Use of the chat rooms is strictly voluntary, and members should never disclose any personal information in these areas.

· All information you submit in registering for an account must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

· Do not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any member or user name or email address, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

· Do not stalk or otherwise harass other users.

· Do not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that promotes illegal activity, including without limitation the provision of instructions for illegal activity.

· Do not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose.

· Do not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a chat room, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Products and Services are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges.

· Do not disobey any IEntertainment Network and IamGame Chat hosts, moderators, or other IEntertainment Network and IamGame employee or representative or interfere with any action by any IEntertainment Network and IamGame Chat host or other IEntertainment Network and IamGame employee.

· Do not access any IEntertainment Network and IamGame after your account has been terminated by IEntertainment Network and IamGame.

· Do not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that facilitates hacking.

· Do not interfere with or disrupt the Products and Services or servers or networks connected to the Products and Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Products and Services, including without limitation IEntertainment Network and IamGame Chat hosts.

· You may not advertise, promote or post links to any competitive sites, or act in any manner that consists of "gorilla marketing" to the IEntertainment Network and IamGame community.
Please read all the Prohibited Conduct described above, before using the IEntertainment Network and IamGame, and keep in mind the proceeding in mind when using the IEntertainment Network and IamGame services. Violations of these Terms and Conditions should be reported to: GameMaster at gamemaster@iEntertainment Network and IamGame.com.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. AS WELL AS FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME, SIMILARLY DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY WARRANTIES FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, CONTENT, COMPLETENESS, LEGALITY, RELIABILITY, OR OPERABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION OR MATERIAL IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELETION, FAILURE TO STORE, MISDELIVERY, OR UNTIMELY DELIVERY OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS IN THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES (EVEN IF IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES).

SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY LOSS OF ACCESS TO, DELETION OF, FAILURE TO STORE, FAILURE TO BACK UP, OR ALTERATION OF MEMBER WEB PAGES OR OTHER CONTENT STORED THROUGHT THE IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME. IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME'S ENTIRE LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE VIP MEMBER'S MOST RECENT ONE MONTH MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACTS OF NATURE, FORCES, OR CAUSES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INTERNET FAILURES, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FAILURES, OTHER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, STRIKES, LABOR DISPUTES, RIOTS, INSURRECTIONS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, SHORTAGES OF LABOR OR MATERIALS, FIRES, FLOODS, STORMS, EXPLOSIONS, ACTS OF GOD, WAR, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, ORDERS OF DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN COURTS OR TRIBUNALS, NON-PERFORMANCE OF THIRD PARTIES, OR LOSS OF OR FLUCTUATIONS IN HEAT, LIGHT, OR AIR CONDITIONING.

In other instances, but not limited to web pages hosted on the IEntertainment Network and IamGame or provided to the IEntertainment Network and IamGame by third parties. IEntertainment Network and IamGame may set guidelines for what may appear on such web pages and may engage in certain screening, but generally exercises no control over the content of such web pages and is unable to police all such content. Third party content accessible through IEntertainment Network and IamGame from such sources is developed by people over whom IEntertainment Network and IamGame exercise's no control. 23. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, AND PATENT NOTICES:
All other marks that appear throughout the Products and Services belong to IEntertainment Network and IamGame, members of IEntertainment Network and IamGame, or the respective owners of such marks, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Any use of any of the marks appearing throughout the Products and Services without the express written consent of IEntertainment Network and IamGame or the owner of the mark, as appropriate, is strictly prohibited.

24. ARBITRATION, GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM FOR DISPUTES:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any cause of action of Subscriber with respect to the Service must be instituted in the State of Florida. Any cause of action of Subscriber or its designated users with respect to the Service must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen or be barred. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any user's use of the Products and Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into in any state or federal court in Florida having jurisdiction thereof.

25. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:
The IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to modify the Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the Products and Services. The IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without notice. Please review these Terms and Conditions from time to time so you will be apprised of any changes.

26. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES:
You acknowledge and agree that you and IEntertainment Network and IamGame are independent contractors under these Terms and Conditions, and nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Neither party pursuant to these Terms and Conditions has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other and neither party shall be considered the agent of the other.

27. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT:
If you wish to cancel an account, please email gamemaster@iEntertainment Network and IamGame.com and enclose your full name and account name within the body of the message. Cancellations are processed as soon as possible and not held to the end of the billing cycle. If you have a VIP membership, the monthly fee is non-refundable.

28. COMMUNICATIONS WITH USERS:
IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to communicate with you regarding your use of the Products and Services. Please keep your account information current. Use the account info link in the menu at the top of this page.

29. SUBMISSIONS OF IDEAS:
IEntertainment Network and IamGame is always improving its Products and Services and developing new features. If you have ideas regarding improvements or additions to the IEntertainment Network and IamGame, we would like to hear them -- but any submission will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY DISCLOSURE OF ANY IDEA OR RELATED MATERIALS TO IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME BE SUBJECT TO ANY OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY OR EXPECTATION OF COMPENSATION.

THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS ANY RIGHTS IN THE IDEA AND/OR MATERIALS AND THAT, IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME IS FREE TO IMPLEMENT THE IDEA AND TO USE THE MATERIALS IF IT SO DESIRES, AS PROVIDED OR AS MODIFIED BY IENTERTAINMENT NETWORK AND IAMGAME, WITHOUT OBTAINING PERMISSION OR LICENSE FROM ANY THIRD PARTY.

30. OFFICIAL SPOKESPERSONS:
IEntertainment Network and IamGame does not endorse or stand behind the accuracy, truthfulness or reliability of any information (including statements of opinion or advice) other than information provided by authorized IEntertainment Network and IamGame spokespersons. Statements made in email and chats reflect only the views of their authors. Neither Chat managers nor I am Game developers are authorized IEntertainment Network and IamGame spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of IEntertainment Network and IamGame.

31. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of IEntertainment Network and IamGame then IEntertainment Network and IamGame reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on any and all of the IEntertainment Network and IamGame web sites.
