| 2. Can I use my IamGame account? |
| You have to
create a new SkillJam account, in order to play the SkillJam games. So please
note that Cash won at SkillJam is separate and distinct to cash won at IamGame.

register? |
| To participate in the SkillJam tournaments you have to have a SkillJam
account. You ONLY need to give us four pieces of information to be eligible
to compete in SkillJam tournaments. It's easy as 1-2-3! |
| 4. What are "Skill
Games"? |
Unlike casino games (games of chance), your chance of winning one of
SkillJam's tournaments is directly related to your skill level. For instance, the
more trivia you know, the better your chances of beating the other players
in the Trivia Challenge tournaments.

| 5. Can I learn
to play the games for free before I play for cash? |

Training Players, i.e. those who have not deposited money into their
SkillJam accounts, cannot participate in FREE tournaments (tournaments
with no entry fees). However, since Training Players receive FREE cash
credits upon registration, they can play in our Training Tournaments.
Training Tournaments are designed to get new users comfortable with
how larger Cash Prize tournaments work. Unlimited free game play is only
available to Cash Prize and SkillJam VIP Players.

| 6. How do I start playing the
SkillJam games? |
| After completing the initial registration process, you will receive
your FREE Training Cash Credits. You can use these Training Cash Credits to participate in Training Tournaments against other Training Players. Redeeming these Training Cash credits for real cash and participation in SkillJams larger, Cash Prize Tournaments will require a credit card deposit.
